I'm not complaining but this is what I get after 4 days in the sun giving my best to 'engage a team'.. :) of course the participants go back with more body aches than me but their spirit are surely at a new high.. they understand each other better and the team is more energized - improved team dynamics, so to say..
I love what I do.. but at times I can't help but feel lonely watching their bus leave.. perhaps it is true, I am too emotional.. however it still does makes you happy to see that they've achieved the goal - team engagement.. emotional or not, that can only happen with engaged 'sensei's.. ;)
